DEFINITIONS:
"agreement" - the acknowledgment by "you" (the
"buyer") and Sweetiebag Limited (the "seller")
to abide by the Terms & Conditions laid out
below in the sale of goods from this website.

"carrier" - ParcelForce Worldwide, UPS, and any
delivery service appointed by ourselves.

"checkout" / "shopping basket" - an electronic

CONDITIONS
1) Your statutory rights are in no way affected
by these Terms & Conditions.
2) We may change at the Terms & Conditions at
anytime, and in doing so, it is your
responsibility to check what alterations have
been made. Your continued use of this Site,
after any such changes, will constitute your
acceptance of the changes to these terms.
3) At our discretion we may change, terminate or
suspend any part of this website, including any
content.
4) Acceptance of your order shall be
acknowledged by e-mail, and will confirm name,
delivery address, value of goods to be shipped
and delivery costs.
5) Any weights, volumes or dimensions stated on
the website are correct to best of our knowledge
and have been attained from the manufacturers.
The shipping weight is allowing for all
packaging and the shipping container, plus the
weight of the product to be shipped.
6) The prices on our website were correct at the
time of uploading, we cannot however be held
responsible for errors, or price increases made
by our suppliers'. We shall endeavor to keep out
prices up to date. We shall inform you if an
error is found with your order, and give you the
choice of accepting the correct price, or
canceling your order.
7) There may be
isolated occasions when products have to be
substituted by an alternative, if unavailable at
the time of processing orders. In every case we
will use reasonable endevours to ensure this
rarely happens and that the replacement is of
comparable quality.
PAYMENT
1) All monies are payable in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
2) Payment may be made by credit or debit card
as well as personal cheque. You have the option
of using our secure online ordering system,
posting a cheque, or by telephone / fax quoting
your credit card number.
3) No goods will be shipped until funds have
cleared. All goods remain the property of
Sweetiebag Limited until such time as the full
amount has been received.
4) If an instance occurs when we cannot fulfill
your order, we shall contact you with the offer
of an alternative product, or the option to
cancel the order in part or full, at such time a
refund shall be given for the outstanding
balance.
5) At no time will we store your credit card
details electronically or otherwise.
6) Should you make errors in entering your
order, you will have a number of opportunities
to correct it prior to finally confirming and
submitting the order for us to fulfill.
DELIVERY
1) Delivery times are governed by our carriers,
and are approximate.
2) Any delivery times are quoted from when the
order is fulfilled to the package reaching its
destination.
3) After seeking your approval we may ship your
order in multiple installments, as required.
4) If free delivery or any discount is offered,
it will be at our discretion and may not be
available on certain products, or in certain
countries.
5) There is a minimum charge of delivery of
£4.00 per order.
TAXES / DUTIES
1) If local taxes or import duties are levied on
your order this shall be the responsibility of
the buyer and not Sweetiebag Limited. We
therefore recommend that you check with your
local authorities prior to placing your order to
avoid possible distress.
RETURNS
1) If you are not satisfied by the products
supplied, contact us upon receipt with the
reason why, and we shall endeavor to remedy
this. 'Upon receipt' shall be deemed to be
within 24 hours of taking possession from the
carrier, after this time we shall consider the
order satisfied.
2) If you chose to return the package, you must
obtain a returns number via e-mail first, then
return the box with the contents in the same
condition that they arrived. The cost of
returning the package shall be the
responsibility of the buyer and not Sweetiebag
Limited, although a refund of the order shall be
given once the order has been returned and
checked by us. A time limit shall be placed on
this transaction of 14 days, after such time no
refund shall be offered. You should ensure that
the packaging used to return the goods is such
that no damage shall occur to the goods whilst
in transit.
3) We cannot accept returns that have been
opened, tampered with, or any product that was
specially ordered / bought in for your order.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RISK
1) Any and all risk passes to the customer upon
collection by the carrier.
2) Sweetiebag Limited will not be held
responsible for any loss or damaged caused by
searches performed by customs officers et al.
3) We shall not be held responsible (directly or
indirectly) for any (but not limited to) damage,
injury (personal or otherwise), loss of
business, profit, goodwill or reputation arising
from this agreement or the use of our services.
4) If you chose to cancel your order, we will
refund you in full if you advise us within two
days, or if this time period has expired, we
have the option to claim any out of pocket
expenses we may have incurred, for example costs
from our carrier.
5) This agreement and anything offered on our
website will be provided 'as is', and no
warranty or guarantee is offered, or implied. As
a result of this, use of our website and
services shall be at your own risk.
6) We cannot guarantee that our website will be
available 100% of the time, and because of this
any loss, financial or otherwise, will not be
our responsibility.
7) Loss or damage caused by our website or
e-mail system, through error or virus, shall not
be our responsibility, and no compensation shall
be offered.
8) Any person, or persons, who do not agree to
these terms and conditions, should refrain from
using our website and services immediately.
9) We have the right to refuse service, without
prejudice or reason.
10) The services we offer are only available to
people over the age of 18years, except by prior
agreement.
11) We have the right to cancel any order up
until the time of shipping, and if this is so,
we shall refund any and all monies paid in
respect to that order, and offer no compensation
in return for any reason.
12) We shall abide by the laws and regulations
of the UK only, in any and all cases of
legality.
13) In any case the total cost of the order
shall be greater than or equal to any claim
against Sweetiebag Limited, its employees,
representatives and directors.
COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS
1) www.Sweetiebag.com, its name, layout, design,
any code, text, graphics and logos shall remain
the property of Sweetiebag Limited and as such
are protected by copyright and/or trademark.
2) All names and logos of products remain the
property of their respective owners.
3) Any reproduction of material, in part or
full, from our website is prohibited without
prior consent.
GENERAL
1) We shall not be liable for any problems or
costs arising from any cause beyond our
reasonable control including, but not
exclusively, acts of God, governmental act, war,
fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion,
failure of I.T. or telecom services, failure of
a third party (including failure to deliver) and
industrial action.
2) Any amendments to this agreement shall be
posted on our website, and shall include the
date on which it was last amended.
3) If any part of this agreement is found to be
void or unenforceable, it will be removed from
the main body, and in doing so shall not detract
from the rest of this document, which will
remain valid.
4) Until the order is collected by the carrier,
and in part, accepted by you, this shall be an
enforceable document, and shall bind all
parties.
5) This contract shall be construed in
accordance with English Law and shall be subject
to the English Courts exclusively.
6) If, within 5 working days of receiving your
order, we find that we cannot fill it, we shall
contact you and offer alternatives, and / or the
option to withdraw the order either in full or
in part.
7) The charge for delivery offered on our
website, shall be determined by the weight of
the order, its destination, and the carrier
appointed by us, this cost is agreed by you by
your acceptance in proceeding through the
electronic checkout.
8) You acknowledge that for any goods that you
order from us, that you are over the legal age
(if any) for the purchase of such items, and
that you can legally purchase these products in
your country of residence. Failure to comply
with this may result in seizure of goods by
customs officials, and in such a case, liability
is yours, the buyer.
